Côte d'Azur: Menton, sea and port

Menton is the town that locates along the Franco-Italian border.
This town situates in Côte d'Azur, on the French Riviera,  therefore, you can see a beautiful sea.
And this town is also famous for "lemon".
There are a lot of shops dealing with lemon products in this town,
and the "Lemon Festival" takes plave every February.

The building in this picture is the museum of  Jean Cocteau.
(In this town, there are two Jean Cocteau museums)

  • Train: About 45 minutes (30 minutes on Express) train ride from "Nice ville".
    (by the train from Nice to Ventimiglia)
  • Bus: 1 hour and 15 minutes by the bus from Place Masséna in Nice.
    (by the bus from Place Masséna to Menton)
